The BUEPL is offering the following secondary professional education degrees:

• Specialist degree (secondary professional education) in Painting (Painter, teacher)
• Specialist degree (secondary professional education) in Actuarial Science
• Specialist degree (secondary professional education) in Commerce
• Specialist degree (secondary professional education) in Advertising and Marketing

A Secondary professional education degree with a concentration in Painting is 4 years and 10 months in duration. Students, who successfully finished either 9 grades of middle school or 11 grades of high school, are eligible to apply to this program. This program prepares students for work as artists and instructors in specialized art schools and vocational training programs. A Secondary professional education degree in Insurance Business is 1 year and 10 months in duration and is offered to students who have successfully graduated high school (11 grades). Both programs are full-time academic programs.
