Baltic University of Ecology, Politics and Law (BUEPL) is a private state accredited and licensed institution of higher education. BUEPL was established in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1993.

BUEPL founder and rector, Dr. Eugene Reife, joined by his colleagues and champions of Russian higher education, established the University with the goal of offering its students the highest level of education within rapidly changing local and global environments. The University has three regional campuses in Murmansk, Chelyabinsk, and Petropavlovsk-Komchatsky.

Graduates receive Specialist, Bachelor and other specialized degrees in a variety of academic areas including: Environmental Sciences, Jurisprudence, Business Administration, Economics, Performing Arts, Design, and Psychology and Social Work. Throughout their academic career students work closely with the faculty in such research fields as environmental safety and natural resource management, criminal law, applied economics, management, higher education, and professional training, innovation and workforce development. All students receive substantial foreign language and information and communication technology (ICT) training.

Academic process is managed by the faculty of the highest caliber who are well recognized and distinguished for their achievements in their respective areas of academic, research, and professional expertise.

Specialist degrees are offered in Environmental Sciences, Law, Accounting and Financial Analysis, and Audit, Management Sciences, Psychology, Fashion Design, Landscape and Urban Design, Interior Design, and Performing Arts (drama, musical theater and cinematography).

Bachelor degrees are also offered in Environmental Sciences, Law, Economics, Management Sciences, Psychology, Design, and Performing Arts.
